Election Day
Every station covered, every incident answered
Election Day is decided in the weeks before it. Sivitas gets agents registered, trained and assigned, then follows every station through the day.
Before the day
Station lists
Imported with their publisher, version and date. Identifiers never change silently, and uncertain locations are shown as uncertain.
Agents
Registered, approved by a second person, assigned one station each and replaced with the reason kept.
Training and documents
Training modules in versions with acknowledgements, and a restricted vault for agents’ documents.
Readiness
A matrix of Ready, Attention required, Incomplete and Unavailable, with the missing check behind every gap, and reviews at 30 days, 7 days, 24 hours and on the morning.
On the day
Check-in
Agents check in from their station, ask for help or say they are unavailable, even offline. A position is shared once, only if the agent agrees.
Incidents
A basic incident takes about a minute on an entry-level phone. Each has a reference, category, urgency, owner and every step timed.
Escalation
Routes by category and urgency. If nobody acknowledges in time, the next level is alerted.
Notices
Operational notices to stations, wards or coordinators, with acknowledgements, and an SMS fallback through your own gateway.
Command centre
Stations, agents not heard from, open incidents and a live timeline, limited to each coordinator’s area.
After the day
The Election Day report
Coverage, check-ins, incidents and how fast they were acknowledged and resolved, with the lessons your team records.

Results tracking
Agents will send the figures on their station’s signed result form with a photo of it. A second person verifies each form, and your campaign sees its own provisional tally, the stations still missing, and any difference from the official figures. It will always be labelled provisional: only the IEBC declares results.
See it set up for your race
We will walk you through a demo workspace with your elective position and your county, and answer your team’s questions.
